Summer on the Upper Sacramento River
In August 2007, Julia and mom went to Sweetbriar where Cousin Tyler has a cabin on the Sacramento River (near Castle Crags). We spent a lot of time in and around the river. Julia caught some tadpoles. We brought them home and successfully raised three (out of four) into frogs.
Savanah (Kathy's neice) helped Julia navigate the rocks.
Later we floated down the river in a big inner-tube.
There was lots of stuff to collect!
